Do you support traffic? Which map provider do you use?
We have two map providers for now, OpenStreetMap and HERE Maps. HERE Maps support live and historical traffic, while OpenStreetMap does not. Additionally, customers can input an "average speed" per vehicle type if traffic data is not accurate and adjustment is needed.
What is the maximum number of stops you can optimize in a single request?
We support up to 10,000 stops in a single request. The limitation is bounded by the memory size in our backend servers, but can always be adjusted depending on customers needs.
How do I give routes to my drivers? Do you have an app?
Currently we don‘t have a mobile for drivers. However, you can easily integrate with our result by feeding the stops sequence into your drivers favorite navigation app.
